Mardi Gras Sublimation Transfer

Sublimation Transfer- high count polyester hat needed. Otto works great or any of our ALD blanks!

White colored fronts are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You may also use any light colored fronts.

Pressing Instructions:

• Set hat press to 380° F

• Place hat onto press

• Cover the front of the hat with teflon or parchment paper

• Pre-press for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and/ or wrinkles

• Align and center your sublimation transfer on the front of the trucker hat

• Secure your transfer with heat-resistant tape on both sides to adhere the transfer to the hat. This way it cannot move.
  

• Cover with teflon or parchment paper and press for 40 seconds at MEDIUM pressure. If you do to high of pressure then it could cause wrinkles

• Remove transfer and customize your hat!
