Extended License For: Selling over 100 Printed Items and or Selling printed Transfers

Please specify your shop name or where you will be selling our designs - this is so we can keep track of which shops are licensed by us and avoids copyright claims from our team on the order notes

This Extended License gives you the permission to:

• Sell designs as Printed Transfers -The items must be physical items, not digital
- sublimation transfers
- screen print transfers
- waterslide decals
- craft iron on transfers
- printable HTV sheets

and/or

• Sell over 100 of your printed, physical items containing our designs - such as shirts, hats, mugs, bags, etc. (For example: you use our svg files on your Cricut cutting machine, add them to t-shirts and want to sell over 100 pieces of the item)


You MAY:

- Add Text to any designs and sell as Physical Printed Transfers.
- Take Various Elements of our designs to make a unique Printed Transfer Design to sell as PHYSICAL printed transfer.
- Print Unlimited Transfers under the terms of this Extended License.
-Sell on Print on Demand sites, or use print on demand printing methods

THIS LICENSE DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO:
-Resell the design in digital format
-Claim these designs as your own

LICENSE DOES NOT EXPIRE

The license is a SINGLE USER license ONLY. It cannot be sub-licensed, resold, transferred, or redistributed in any way.

NO DESIGN IS INCLUDED WITH THIS LICENSE - DESIGNS MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY
YOU ARE ONLY GETTING THE LICENSE

Please note: No physical item will be delivered, therefore, this item is not returnable.
