FAQ

Where should I place my doormat?

We recommend placing your doormat in a covered area, such as a covered patio. The mat should always be kept dry and away from elements, such as winter salts as it will eat away at the mat. Decorative mats are not meant for heavy use.

How do I clean my mat?

To clean, simply give it a good shake or two! The coir material does shed but the shedding is caught in the mat - it does not track inside of your home. Shake it or vacuum it every few weeks to keep clean.

What if my doormat gets wet?

Immediately hang dry the mat to allow to drain the water properly. By doing this, it will also help to avoid any stains. Do not attempt to scrub the mat.

When will my order ship?

Our processing time fluctuates based on the volume of orders as well as the time of year. The Holiday Season is very busy so we always recommended ordering early. Each listing will be updated with our processing times. Etsy will automatically email you a receipt after purchase, which has a ship by date and estimated arrival date. Once it ships, you will receive a confirmation email from Etsy with your tracking information. It can also be found in your account under your purchases tab. DUE TO COVID-19 shipping times may be delayed as well.

What if I used the wrong shipping address?

Send us a message as soon as possible with the correct address. If the order already shipped or is returned due back to us, a reship fee may be applied.

What if my doormat in cracked?

Cracking can appear in some doormats with colored paint especially with the bigger doormats. This can occur because the doormat is a porous surface. It can be more noticeable in lighter colors. When a color is painted on a dark porous surface the background can show cracks. The paint is not intended to be a solid rock of paint with no pores or cracks.
