Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We utilize USPS Ground shipping which usually takes 2-5 business days after your order has been fulfilled. This may vary based on where you located.

Shipment times vary based on the time of the year you order. During the holiday season, USPS shipment delivery times can vary and might take up to 2 weeks. Once your order has been fulfilled & shipment has taken place, we encourage you to track your shipment with the tracking information provided. Although, during the holidays carriers sometimes forget to scan the label. Please allow the amount of days it is suppose to ship before contacting.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package tracking information shows it has been delivered, but has not been, please file a claim thru USPS. We will also help you and contact USPS to resolve any problems that may occur during shipping. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer. If this does happen, once the package is returned to us. We can send it back out but the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs. 

REFUSED PACKAGE

If your package can't believe delivered/reclaimed/refused, you as the customer will be responsible for the original and returned shipping costs. If you choose to not have the product sent back to you and you would like a refund. We will subtract these costs from your refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS 

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item with your order number. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping, but we are here to help. We are so sorry this happened and we will file a claim with the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

Not happy with your purchase or just not working for you? We will gladly accept it. You must contact within 3 days of receiving your order. You must ship items back within 7 business days from your delivery date. All returns must be returned back in its original condition. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment minus a 5% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after this. 

Wholesale items are FINAL SALE.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on Sale
  • Digital Downloads 
  • Virtual Classes
  • Wholesale items (patches, blank trucker hats, DTF transfers)
